1. Booking & Payment terms

1.1 Clients are required to pay within 7 days of starting the classes, whether they book for the whole month or agreed sessions.

1.2 Teachers will be paid 50% in the first month of the class while after that the full payment is payable to the teacher only. This process will be followed with each new class.  

1.3 Clients can book the classes after taking the first class as a demo class for free.

2.Cancellations (clients)

2.1 The cancellation is only possible with a valid reason, otherwise, the paid fee will not be credited back to the relevant account.

2.2 If a teacher becomes unavailable, then the paid-fee will be ‘rolled over’ to another week or month or it can be refundable.

3.Locations and Start Times

3.1 Clients and teachers should arrive at least 5 minutes before the class has started.

3.2 For corporate and private bookings, the location must be agreed five days before the first class. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the location is safe and suitable for a well-being class.

4.Client and Teacher protocol

4.1 Corporate and private bookings are an arrangement between the Company and the client. All class bookings, cancellations and arrangements are to be made between the Company and the client (with the teacher keeping informed throughout). 

4.2 The teacher is only paid once payment has been received from the client.

5.Fitness and Health

5.1 The company advises clients not to take part in one of the Classes without first seeking medical advice if they have any concerns at all over their physical condition.

5.2 Clients with low or high blood pressure or cardiovascular irregularities should not attend the class without express and written permission from a medical professional

5.3 The company reserves the right to refuse access to any client if it in any way doubts the health of the client and their ability to safely take part in the classes.

5.4 Women who are 14+ weeks pregnant are welcome to join the class. We regret that pregnant women less than 12 weeks are not recommended to join.

6.Dress and Suitability

6.1 The Company requests all clients and yoga teachers to dress appropriately for the yoga class.

6.2 Cleanliness is essential – both for clients themselves and their attire.

6.3 Children under the age of 16 should not attend classes without the supervision of a responsible adult.

6.4 Corporate and private yoga clients will need to provide their yoga mats.

6.5 The queries should be taken after the classes or only if there is a certain urgency it can be asked before the class, not in between. 

6.6 Any inappropriate behaviour of a yoga teacher or client, will not be tolerated and it can lead to strict legal actions. 

7. Copyright

7.1 Unless agreed in writing, the client is not allowed to photograph, copy, duplicate or video any material provided to them via the company.

7.2 Such material, and the format of the class and diet charts, will belong to the company and be capable of being licensed by the company alone.
